Sean Lavery is currently the Director of E-Commerce Sales at Rust-Oleum Corporation, a multi-billion-dollar market leader in protective paints and coatings headquartered in Vernon Hills, IL. He is responsible for leading strategic direction and overseeing various online initiatives to help drive sales and brand presence. Sean manages key strategic accounts that have experienced immense growth over the past few years such as HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com and Amazon. In his 15 years at Rust-Oleum, he has held various positions in Marketing with a concentration in new product development, brand management and new business integration.
Sean is a native of northern Illinois and currently resides in Lindenhurst, IL with his wife Tiffany, their three kids: Griffin, Logan and Miles. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management from the Henry B. Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa.
