For the past 3.5 years, Jen Hedberg-Jones has led Hallmark’s ecommerce operations for Hallmark.com and Hallmark’s Amazon business as Sr. Director of Omni Fulfillment and Operations. Jen is actually a Hallmark boomerang employee – she began her career at Hallmark in various supply chain roles before spending 4 years with Amazon in both Operations and Finance before coming back to Hallmark in 2020. Jen and her team collaborate across the organization to strategize, forecast, and fulfill over 4,000 SKUs for Amazon and over 7,000 SKUs on Hallmark.com. Over the past 4 years, Hallmark’s ecommerce businesses have seen substantial year over year increases. To plan for the future, Jen and her team are actively working on modernizing Hallmark’s ecommerce fulfillment operations with new software and automation to streamline operations. Jen and her family live in Kansas City, MO and currently are spending their free time living the kids travel baseball life.
