Kerry has also led several high-tech sales & marketing organizations in his career at large companies & at startups focusing on both retail & business markets. Kerry is an avid skier & mountain biker & loves spending time with his family near his home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Madison Guyon is the Brand Protection Manager at Brother International Corporation. Before joining the legal team as Brand Protection Manager, Madison supported Walmart & Amazon on the channel marketing team at Brother. Through her work with Amazon & Walmart, Madison began taking ownership of brand protection activities & began building Brother’s brand protection program from the ground up. In October 2023, Madison joined the legal team as the first ever Brand Protection Manager at Brother International Corporation where she leads the life cycle management of brand infringement from strategy development to detection through resolution. Madison is passionate about protecting Brother’s brand & has a deep knowledge of the IP enforcement industry & a strong appetite for bold innovation.
