Jamie Clapper is an accomplished senior leader in multi-channel marketing & sales with over 17 years of experience in eCommerce, buying, merchandising, & store retail, with a significant emphasis on eCommerce. She has a proven track record of expanding omnichannel footprints for organizations through effective eCommerce strategies that optimize the online shopping experience across multiple business categories, while ROOM 1taining financial & assortment growth. Jamie currently serves as Vice President of eCommerce at Oatey Co., a market-leading plumber manufacturer located in Cleveland. Based in Northeast Ohio, Jamie holds a bachelor’s degree in Product Development from The Ohio State University. Passionate about supporting women in leadership roles, she is an active member of the Women’s Retail Leadership Circle & Athena Akron.
