She is a lifelong 3Mer starting as a college intern & now celebrating her 35th service anniversary. Over the years she has worked in warehousing, transportation, inventory management, & customer service. Her MBA & BS are both from Northern Illinois University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Dedicated to the customer, Bonnie is enthusiastic about integrating information, systems, & processes to build out new ways of driving efficiency & profitable growth in supply chain management.

Professionally skilled in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, Customer Service Levels & Satisfaction as well as Key Project Implementation within the organization.

Debrup Jana is a technology-driven and strategic digital commerce leader offering with expertise in launching digital growth models, customer-focused supply chain, omnichannel transformation, last-mile logistics, etc. Currently, Debrup is responsible for scaling new digital fulfillment models, launching digital commerce focused product portfolio and improving digital commerce customer service levels. Prior to MARS, Debrup held digital commerce supply chain positions at Amazon and Gartner, where he helped retailers and consumer brands create digital commerce supply chain strategies.

For the past 5 years, Jen Hedberg-Jones has led Hallmark’s ecommerce operations for Hallmark.com and Hallmark’s Amazon business as Sr. Director of Omni Fulfillment and Operations. Jen is actually a Hallmark boomerang employee – she began her career at Hallmark in various supply chain roles before spending 4 years with Amazon in both Operations and Finance before coming back to Hallmark in 2020. Jen and her team collaborate across the organization to strategize, forecast, and fulfill over 4,000 SKUs for Amazon and over 7,000 SKUs on Hallmark.com. Over the past 5 years, Hallmark’s ecommerce businesses have seen substantial year over year increases. To plan for the future, Jen and her team have modernized Hallmark’s ecommerce fulfillment operations with new software and automation to streamline operations. Jen and her family live in Kansas City, MO and currently are spending their free time living the kids travel baseball life and attending college football games.
